Terms of Supply
Commercial B2B Supply Agreement • Ever Green Packaging Ltd (`egpackaging.co.uk`)
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Supply govern all commercial sales, production orders, and custom packaging manufacturing contracts between Ever Green Packaging Ltd (“Supplier”) and business clients (“Customer”). Products include individually wrapped paper straws, clear PET cups (10oz-20oz), hot beverage cups (4oz-16oz), sips (PS/PP), and sugarcane bagasse bespoke packaging boxes.
2. Custom Logo Branding & Artwork Approval
For custom logo-branded wrapped straws, printed cups, and bespoke boxes:
- Customer must approve digital artwork proofs prior to volume production.
- Color matching is executed using Pantone Matching System (PMS) standards. Minor variations within industry standards (±5%) may occur due to substrate differences.
- Customer warrants ownership or legal authorization of all logos and trademarks supplied.
3. Quality Guarantee & Thermal Performance
Both hot beverage paper cups and precision PP/PS lids supplied by Ever Green Packaging Ltd are certified heat-resistant up to 100°C. Supplier guarantees zero structural softening or rim leakage under boiling beverage conditions.
4. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Delivery
- Standard MOQs: 5,000 units for custom printed paper cups and paper-wrapped straws; 10,000 units for PET cups; 500 units for bespoke bagasse packaging boxes.
- Dispatch & Delivery: Freight is dispatched from our London facility (22 Highbury Grove, Office 403 Screenworks, London N5 2ER) across the UK and Europe. Delivery schedules are estimates provided at order confirmation.
